Beauty is a little 7 year old girl that came into our care after her owner sadly passed away.. she was found with them..

She was only ever used to her owner so would be most suited to a single person or a confident couple who are experienced with rescue dogs. New situations and people frighten her and she and displayed some behavioural issues (growling/snapping) which have vastly improved in foster care over time, with behavioral guidance. New people just need to give her time & be very patient and understanding.

We would prefer no children and no other dogs.

Beauty loves her daily walks and gets very excited when she sees her lead. She does need a little ongoing lead training when meeting other dogs but this has really improved in foster care. She is not fond of cats. She’s very good with her food and evening treats. She can be affectionate when trust is built and loves her belly rubs from her trusted human – she will even nudge you with her paws to get more

She has a mild, non symptomatic heart murmur but does not require medication. She is house trained, vaccinated and neutered.

Applicants should be:

-Committed to ongoing training/behaviour program to help Beauty’s confidence
